Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced consultant to co-design capacity building training for humanitarian organisations on LGBTQ+ inclusion in programmes.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing inclusive training programmes and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in humanitarian settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-designing capacity building training for humanitarian organisations on LGBTQ+ inclusion in programmes
  • Developing training materials and resources
  • Delivering training sessions and workshops

Requirements:

  • Expertise in designing inclusive training programmes
  • Deep understanding of the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in humanitarian settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
