About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position that requires a collaborative partner who can demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence. The successful candidate will have strong practical experience in Employee Relations, including managing ER cases and leading change management projects.
Responsibilities- Be at the forefront of any 'people' related projects, ensuring compliance and providing excellent support to colleagues;
- Support on the management of Employment Tribunals and Acas Early Conciliation claims.
Primark is a fast-moving, multi-site organisation that offers competitive salaries, generous pension contributions, and 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
Requirements- Strong experience in Employee Relations, including managing day-to-day ER cases and change management projects;
- Collaborative mindset, high emotional intelligence, and professionalism when pushing back.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a generous pension contribution and 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
