Estimated Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an expert recruiter with experience in human resources and employee relations to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and practices, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Permanent Recruitment: Source, attract, and select high-calibre candidates for our clients' permanent positions.
  • Supply of Temporary Workers: Provide temporary staff to meet our clients' business needs.

Requirements:

  • Employment Law and Practices: Have extensive knowledge of employment law and practices to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Possess strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
