Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at Stonewater as a People Relations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective Operational HR service, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience within a similar role, with a strong understanding of current employment legislation and the ability to analyse and interpret this.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

As our People Relations Manager, you will work closely with operational managers and the wider people team to provide guidance and support on employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employment law and procedures to managers and employees
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and disputes in a fair and timely manner
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee relations skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
