Assistant HR Business Partner, 15 Month FTC

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join a highly respected campaigning charity in London with hybrid working. The role offers a competitive salary of c£48,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and improve the day-to-day delivery of HR services and HR administration.
  • Coach and support managers in handling performance and conduct issues.
  • Provide HR support and advice to the Learning and Development Manager on the annual PDR process.
  • Develop, coach, and support line managers with the full cycle of the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the Head of HR and HR Project Manager in reviewing and updating HR policies.
  • Identify key metrics to support operational decision making and inform strategic HR initiatives.
  • Ensure a continual focus on diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism.

You should be an experienced HR Advisor with a strong HR Generalist skill set gained working in a fast-paced charity or not-for-profit organization. A good knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and an ability to coach and influence line managers is essential. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified.
