Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Hotel Xenia, Autograph Collection is a contemporary boutique hotel located in South Kensington, London. With 99 guest rooms and suites, an Italian restaurant, an early hours bar, cigar garden, private dining, and events area. Xenia offers a unique experience for our guests, a modern, yet comfortable home away from home ambiance.

We are currently looking to recruit a passionate Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality daily maintenance services on a shift basis throughout all areas of the Hotel. Your primary focus will be to ensure the efficient operation of systems and equipment, maintaining the highest levels of customer service for both guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous maintenance experience in the hospitality industry is desired.
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and general repair techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work on a varied schedule, including weekends.
