Job Summary

Hotel Xenia London is seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and make recommendations to guests.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and securing liquor and other inventory.
  • Count and reconcile cash and credit transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bartending certification or experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, as well as cocktail preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
