Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and make recommendations to guests
  • Work effectively with our Food and Beverage Manager to ensure exceptional standards of service
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and securing liquor and storage areas
  • Count and reconcile cash and credit transactions at the end of each shift
Requirements
  • High level of energy and passion for customer service
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and beers, as well as cocktail-making experience
