We are seeking well-presented and highly professionalBartenderto join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment and a strong command of English. You should be passionate about hospitality, pay meticulous attention to detail, and be committed to going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service Excellence:Provide a warm, professional, and polished service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
  • Menu Knowledge:Be knowledgeable about the Pan-Asian menu and beverage offerings, including ingredients, cooking methods, and wine pairings. Be prepared to make recommendations and answer any guest questions with confidence.
  • Attention to Detail:Ensure that all service areas, tables, and dining settings are presented to the highest standard, adhering to the hotel's fine dining service protocols.
  • Order Accuracy:Accurately take and relay guest orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring all dietary preferences and allergies are communicated clearly.
  • Upselling:Confidently upsell menu items, including daily specials, wine, and signature dishes, based on guests' preferences and dining experience.
  • Timely and Professional Service:Ensure all courses are delivered promptly and efficiently, maintaining the flow of service throughout the meal.
  • Go the Extra Mile:Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service. Be proactive in resolving any guest requests or issues, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
  • Collaborative Teamwork:Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management team to ensure smooth service and an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
  • Maintain Cleanliness:Ensure the restaurant, service areas, and equipment are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Compliance:Adhere to all health and safety, food hygiene, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:Previous experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment is essential.
  • Language Proficiency:Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Presentation:Well-groomed and polished appearance, with a professional demeanour.
  • Attention to Detail:Ability to maintain high standards of service and presentation, with a focus on every detail.
