Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality daily maintenance services on a shift basis throughout all areas of the hotel.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of systems and equipment, maintaining the highest levels of customer service for both guests and colleagues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning repairs.
  • Respond promptly to guest-related maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Requirements

  • Previous maintenance experience in the hospitality industry is desired.
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and general repair techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work on a varied schedule, including weekends.
