Job Title: Maintenance Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at TechNichols Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance engineers and ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the maintenance team and ensure that all maintenance and repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Support the engineering manager in ensuring compliance with regulations and standards for fire and alarm systems, PAT, pressure valves, etc.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of resources to meet production requirements.
  • Work with approved suppliers to obtain new parts and machinery.
  • Deliver training to engineers and operators on new machinery.
Requirements:
  • Preferably an Electrical Biased Maintenance Engineer with experience within production or manufacturing environments.
  • Current or previous experience of leading, mentoring or coaching a team of maintenance engineers or technicians.
  • CMI Level 3 useful but not essential.
  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to analyse data and provide findings effectively.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong Health & Safety focus.
  • Able to motivate a team using coaching and mentoring.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive necessary change.
