Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Options Resourcing is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team as a Foot Mobile Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established maintenance provider who values employee development and internal promotions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical plant, with a focus on electrical maintenance. This will involve attending multiple sites on foot and using public transport to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform PPM and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical plant
  • Manage PPMs, logbooks, and compliance
  • Carry out emergency lighting, fire alarm, and lighting maintenance
  • Perform air conditioning and BMS system maintenance
  • Ensure logbooks are kept up to date
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong building services background, experience leading a team, and excellent client-facing skills. They will be happy to cover multiple sites on foot and using public transport.
