Mobile Maintenance Supervisor
**Job Summary**
Alex Young Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of engineers in a commercial maintenance setting. The ideal candidate will have a qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering and a proven track record in maintenance management.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Oversee a team of engineers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete tasks efficiently.
• Manage weekly rotas, task completion, and CRM system updates to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with hands-on work during holidays or absences, and provide support as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of maintenance and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
• Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Proven experience in commercial maintenance management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
