Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team at Forward Role Recruitment. As a key member of our commercial department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing revenue-generating lead generation activities. About the Role

The Head of E-commerce and Trading will be responsible for day-to-day trading and optimisation of customer journeys and conversions on a B2B website, customer portals, and apps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve prospect and client experience and resultant conversions, in collaboration with the in-house UI/UX/CRO teams.
  • Oversee the management of and continuously improve on-site search results by analysing usage and sharing insights with the wider digital team.
  • Develop, execute, and report on trading strategies to drive performance, achieve budgeted sales, and onsite conversions.

Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing successful online trading plans/campaigns and driving business growth.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to build lasting relationships with internal stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits

£50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
