Emotional Support Specialist - Funeral Care

Estimated Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 per annum

Daniel Robinson & Sons is a family-owned business that has served the local community for over 130 years. We are looking for an Emotional Support Specialist to join our team, providing empathetic support to families during the funeral planning process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Offer emotional support and guidance to families during funerals and other related events
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all individuals involved
  3. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain expertise in bereavement care

This is a physically active role that requires working in various locations within the funeral home. If you possess a caring approach, previous administration or reception experience, and excellent Microsoft Office skills, we invite you to apply.
