About the Role

This position is ideal for a graduate of Psychology or a related field seeking to pursue a career in education, therapy, or related fields such as Speech and Language.

As a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Support Specialist, you will work alongside a dedicated inclusion staff team to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

  • Facilitate task differentiation for students.
  • Provide individualized support to small groups or students on specific tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification, experience or awareness of young people with potential barriers to learning, high literacy and numeracy skills to support students, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a reliable, flexible, and positive attitude.

Salary Information

The salary range for this role is £105 - £110 per day. This is a full-time position, term-time only, located in the London Borough of Enfield.
