Care Worker Opportunities:

CareTech Group is seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Care Worker. This rewarding role involves providing emotional support and assistance to young people in a residential home.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with young people to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Provide guidance and support to young people to achieve their goals
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment that promotes dignity and respect for all
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Compensation and Benefits:
  • A salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
