Sales Director

**About the Role**
AirParlour is a platform designed for freelance professionals in the wellness sector. As our Head of Sales, you will play a crucial role in scaling our business, defining our company culture, and shaping our future.
- Develop and lead the vendor onboarding strategy to achieve a critical mass of vendors.
- Design and execute market expansion plans, targeting hairdressers in London and other regions outside London and the UK.
- Identify and establish partnerships with trade organizations and other bodies to access potential vendors.
- Lead the development of our 'Brand Ambassador' program, collaborating with influential hairdressers to support onboarding their networks.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 10+ years of experience in sales strategy development, preferably in B2C or high-growth start-up environments. Experience in the wellness sector is beneficial but not required.
We offer a significant equity stake, granting meaningful ownership and influence over the company's future. A funding round planned for Q2 2025 will support a salary, which can be pre-agreed to commence upon completion of the round. A retainer is available until then.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance targets.
