The Real Greek, a fast-growing chain of restaurants serving delicious and healthy dishes from Greece and the Eastern Mediterranean, is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead our brand transformation and drive business growth.

As part of The Fulham Shore group, we are a dynamic and passionate team committed to delivering authentic Greek hospitality. Our restaurants offer a unique dining experience, with a focus on meze/small plates and a passion for good food, family, and life.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary of £65,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus and excellent benefits package, including company pension, hybrid working, and 25 days holiday.

About the Role:

As our Business Development Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, consideration, and revenue growth. You will work closely with our leadership team and restaurant operations to maximize opportunities locally and prioritize resource effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness
  • Lead the marketing function, managing a small marketing team located in our Soho office (min. 3 days per week)
  • Be the brand guardian of all touchpoints and communications, ensuring consistency across all channels
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Mentor and manage two members of our marketing team
  • Support local marketing efforts, prioritizing resource and educating on best practice
  • Take the lead on new restaurant openings, overseeing launch activities and liaising with third parties

We're looking for a creative, driven, and dedicated individual with solid brand building experiences and a passion for food and hospitality. You should have a proven track record in making things happen, delivering results quickly and efficiently. Your commercial acumen and understanding of long- and short-term tactics will help us grow the business and protect our brand values.

Requirements:

  • Marketing experience in the hospitality or retail industry, preferably in a multisite business
  • Solid brand building experiences and creativity in trying new marketing activities
  • Commercial savvy and understanding of both long- and short-term tactics
  • Experience using marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation and social media advertising
  • Highly planned and organized, with ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams
  • Proven track record in delivering results quickly and efficiently
  • Passion for food and hospitality, with knowledge of the latest industry trends
