As a commercially-minded marketer, you will be confident in communicating marketing concepts with a commercial lens, interfacing with senior stakeholders and measuring marketing success against targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy
  • Oversee a team of up to 6 marketers
  • Empower and mentor team members to adopt an entrepreneurial approach
  • Measure marketing success against annual targets
  • Deliver insights to help shape the direction of travel

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years B2B marketing experience in accreditation and benchmarking, subscriptions, client marketing, and events
  • Experience leading a marketing team
  • Experience working with sales teams
  • Significant experience in analysing data and the ability to convert data into meaningful insight
  • Significant experience working in Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Significant experience in owned, earned and paid marketing channels
  • IT Literate; MS Office, advanced Excel, required

Benefits:

  • Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
  • Hybrid working arrangement
