About the Role

We are seeking an Extra Care Scheme Manager to lead our team at Gospel Oak Court in Camden. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Lead and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service, including financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC.
