The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Meeting Coordination: Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and updating non-attendees on key discussions.
  • Document Management: Ensuring any relevant documents are filed and accessible to groups and committees.
  • Event Planning: Maintaining the firm's planner for key events.
  • Firm Communications: Drafting and preparing firm-wide communications and notices.
  • Project Support: Supporting on ad hoc projects.
  • Diary Management: Diary management and meeting organisation.
  • Preparation of Materials: Preparation of presentations and emails.
