Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and initiative-taking Employment Specialist to join our team at Aspire Recruitment. The successful candidate will support unemployed customers with mental health and additional barriers to work in to employment and those currently off sick to return to the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of customers and provide personalized support to help them achieve their employment goals.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to overcome barriers to work, including mental health and additional support needs.
- Work closely with customers, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful job placements and outcomes.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor customer progress and adjust support plans as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in employment support, job placement, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mental health and additional support needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and initiative-taking individual with a passion for supporting customers in achieving their employment goals.
