Job Role: Self-employment Adviser

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Self-employment Adviser. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting and developing a caseload of customers with multiple barriers to employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support customers with multiple barriers to employment, helping them to overcome these challenges and achieve their employment goals.
  • Refer customers to relevant training courses, workshops, and mentoring sessions to help them develop the skills and confidence needed to secure employment.
  • Conduct in-depth diagnostics to identify the specific barriers to employment faced by each customer and develop a tailored plan to help them overcome these challenges.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with customers with multiple barriers to employment.
  • Ability to complete in-depth diagnostics and develop tailored plans to help customers overcome their employment challenges.
  • Empathy and a passion for helping others.
