The Role:We are seeking self-motivated and proactive Restart Employment Advisors to manage, support, and develop a caseload of customers with multiple barriers to employment.
Duties:- Manage all interactions with your caseload, meeting all customers' needs and goals.
- Develop and implement personalized employment plans to support customers in achieving their employment objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to customers in areas such as job search, CV writing, and interview preparation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of employment services.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employment services, making recommendations for improvement.
