The Job Title
We're seeking a Category Manager to join our Trade Marketing Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company and contribute to the success of our business.

About You
You'll need +4 years experience in category management, marketing, trade or key account management, with a proven track record of developing launch plans and innovation toolkits. You'll also need strong presentation skills to engage customers and craft impactful recommendations, as well as the ability to collaborate seamlessly with Key Account Managers, Sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Additionally, you'll need to be proficient in data analysis, with a focus on continuous monitoring of sell-out performance, and stay informed on market trends and competitors through daily data analysis.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the launch plan for Key Accounts channel, including innovation toolkit/presentation.
  • Present to customers, gather recommendations for assortment, plano, visibility & communication plan.
  • Prepare for Top 2 Top meetings with Key Account Managers.
  • Monitor sell-out continuously for best practices and address out-of-stock issues.
  • Analyze market data and other brand initiatives daily.
  • Lead the development of assortment and layout recommendations for defined customers.
  • Identify category management opportunities for new customers.
  • Support promotional and extra visibility plans for Top Accounts.
  • Analyze promotional activities and competitors' plans.
  • Coordinate transversal channel and customer-specific activities, both offline and online.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with sales and demand teams to discuss promotional mechanics and volumes.
  • Contribute to SD transversal projects and develop plans for Sales reps team in the Key Accounts channel.
  • Lead POS animation and client events.
  • Develop and lead sell-out analysis dashboards and reports for top accounts.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Key Account Managers, Sales teams, marketing teams and other internal stakeholders.
