We are seeking an experienced Category Development Specialist to join our team at Boden Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in procurement and make a significant impact on our business.

The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of procurement experience, with a strong background in category development and strategic sourcing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and managing internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills

**Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
