Property Management Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Property Services Administrator to join our team at Equals One Ltd.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work in a dynamic office environment with a hybrid working schedule. The successful candidate will be based in St Ives and will be required to work at least one day per weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to the property services team
- To maintain accurate records of property-related information
- To coordinate maintenance and repair activities
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They will also possess strong attention to detail and be proficient in using computer software applications.
