Quotations Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations and maintain an efficient work environment
- Maintain project details on a database so that they are always up to date with the latest information.
- Assist in clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Ensuring accuracy of details, both own work and checking others work. - Maintaining calm under pressure.
**Skills**:
- Proven knowledge and experience of working in a fast-paced customer focused environment, ideally manufacturing or construction.
- Proven data input experience & accuracy.
- Previous experience of working in a call centre/similar role handling high volume calls and queries from multiple sources.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- The ability to work well as part of a team & look for process improvement
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
