About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. The successful candidate will oversee a team of skilled professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of clinicians to deliver patient care services
  • Coordinating clinical activities and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve operational excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Proven experience in clinical management or leadership

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 pro rata (dependent on experience)

Hours: 30 hours per week, any days between Monday-Friday (4 days)

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
