**Vocations Leadership Opportunity**

The Church of England is seeking an experienced priest to lead its Vocations Team as the Diocesan Director of Vocations. This senior role offers a unique opportunity to shape the diocese's approach to promoting lay and ordained ministry.

**Job Summary**

As Diocesan Director of Vocations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase vocation awareness and encourage individuals to explore their calling to ministry.

**Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement a comprehensive vocation strategy for the diocese.

• Work closely with ADDOs to ensure effective support for those exploring ordination or lay ministry.

• Collaborate with lay ministry pathway leaders to provide cohesive support for candidates.

• Promote the Church of England's vision for a younger and more diverse church.

**Requirements and Benefits**

• A competitive salary: £42,548 - £46,843.

• A flexible working arrangement.

• 30 days' annual leave plus bank holidays and four customary days per year.
