About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our home care service. This role is perfect for Support Workers/Carers looking to progress into more senior roles and is a stepping stone to management-oriented roles like Team Leader or Deputy Manager.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring that high standards of care are consistently delivered to people with learning disabilities, Autism, mental health needs, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Care Team: Set high standards of care and support the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Care Planning: Create and maintain individual care plans for some service users, working alongside staff and service users to ensure the plans are up to date and relevant.
  • On-call Responsibilities: Participate in a shared on-call rota, providing support to staff and helping manage any unplanned absences.
