Children's Residential Care Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Residential Care Manager to join our management team at a 4-bedded residential care home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work alongside the registered manager to ensure the home is safely managed, meeting Ofsted and company standards.
• Ensure each young person has effective and child-focused support.
• Manage and update care plans.
• Work with the manager to manage, support and develop the staff team.
Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
• Senior or Deputy Manager experience.
• Driving licence.
