Experienced Care Leader Wanted

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced care leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our children's home. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing a home for children with learning disabilities or a strong Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the home's operations to meet business needs
- Lead and support a team to deliver positive outcomes for young people
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards it
- Have NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Hold a full UK driving Licence
