About the Role:
Harmonic Operations is seeking a highly skilled Business Director to join our team and lead our flagship account in the healthcare and pharma industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of campaigns and managing a team of nine professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a lead point of contact for a major global account in the healthcare and pharma industry
- Project manage campaigns from planning through to delivery, ensuring timely and successful execution
- Drive account growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution
- Troubleshoot and identify problems, implementing solutions to ensure client satisfaction
- Lead client-facing meetings and updates, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Develop a deep understanding of the health and pharma target audience, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Support new business pitching efforts, leveraging expertise to secure new clients and revenue streams
- Oversee the strategy and direction of the account, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Lead and develop the team, inspiring, motivating, and driving performance to achieve exceptional results
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with healthcare and pharma accounts, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges
- Proactive attitude and ambition, with a drive to succeed and grow
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of the client's business, with participation in long-term business planning
- A master of developing and nurturing relationships, both internally and externally
