Job Description: Assistant Block Property Manager - Compliance Expert

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with block management regulations and guidelines
  2. Prepare and manage service charge budgets
  3. Handle occupier issues and resolve disputes efficiently
  4. Create purchasing orders, cheque requests, and credit notes
  5. Manage credit control and rent collection processes
  6. Liaise with accounts regarding payments and receipts
  7. Log maintenance issues and arrange repairs
  8. Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate filing systems
  9. Maintain health and safety standards on site

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 18 months of specific property management experience
  • Desirable: relevant block management experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Estimated Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 per year
