Operational Change Manager Role

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience of investment management middle office processes (insourced or outsourced) supported with a good background knowledge of the investment management industry, functions and services.

The Operational Change Manager is responsible for the oversight and governance of the change pipeline with the outsource Operations providers, across Investment Operations, Performance Measurement, Client Reporting, Mandate Monitoring, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody, Aladdin Services and Market Data. Changes may be demand driven by the Investment teams, the Distribution team, external clients and regulatory changes. Identification of efficiencies and risk reduction across the Operations function is a major aim of the role too.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Good presentation abilities and comfortable presenting to an audience
  • Able to use and interpret financial data quickly and effectively
  • An advanced MS Excel, MS Visio and MS Word practitioner and comfortable across the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Knowledge of Aladdin beneficial
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CISI, CFA, IMC, CAIA, accountancy, etc.) desirable but not essential
