p>Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Asset Manager in the Instrument and Enterprise Services division. p>This is an exciting opportunity to work with a key customer account, providing day-to-day management, support, and technical guidance to meet the Unity Lab Services and customer objectives. p>The successful candidate will achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability through their own actions and by using the resources of Unity Lab Services. p>The role will be based at our customer site in Oxford from Monday to Friday, conducting site operations in accordance with terms and conditions of program contract and Statement of Work. p>Key responsibilities include: p>ul>li>Assisting in data collection and analysis of customer metrics, including financials, compliance, growth, and profitability. /li>li>Ensuring compliance and regulatory guidelines are met specific to asset management and services program. /li>li>Monitoring and supporting service activities and customer concerns. /li>li>Verifying and updating the CMMS with the most up-to-date information regarding onsite assets and service activity. /li>li>Supporting problem resolution and customer concerns at account as needed. /li>li>Assisting with the resolution of service or billing issues, questions, or credits. /li>li>Searching and providing alternate methods of service or parts in alignment with account strategy. /li>li>Relevant science degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred. /li>li>Experience working with lab equipment would be a distinct advantage. /li>li>Previous experience as an account manager, asset manager, lab manager, maintenance manager, or lab equipment specialist. /li>li>Familiarity with CMMS systems and proficiency in using related software for data management. /li>li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. /li>ul>p>Thermo Fisher Scientific is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other legally protected status. p>
