About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team in Cumbria. As a Senior SHE Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our health and safety management system, ensuring compliance with the latest legislations and industry practices.
You will provide training to promote safe behaviours and working practices, and drive the health and safety culture on site. With your expertise, you will ensure our operations meet the high standards required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance the health and safety management system
- Provide training to promote safe behaviours and working practices
- Drive the health and safety culture on site
- Ensure compliance with the latest legislations and industry practices
Requirements:
- A NEBOSH Certificate (NVQ Level 3 equivalent)
- Membership in IOSH, IEMA, and/or IES
- Strong project management and communication skills
Estimated Salary Range: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
