We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Pool Attendant to join St Bees School. As a Swimming Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our students and staff while using our swimming pool.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor the pool area, identifying potential hazards or risks and taking action to mitigate them.
- Provide excellent customer service to all users of the pool, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment around the pool, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent qualification is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties associated with being a Lifeguard are required.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is expected.
- A competitive salary range of £23,000 - £29,000 per annum.
