About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Trial Operations to join our team at Bancroft School. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in evaluating and supporting new clinical trial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and support new clinical trial opportunities by working strategically with our medical experts, clinical trial managers, and regulatory submissions team.
  • Collaborate with investigators and international country managers to analyze multiple data sources and strategize the most efficient scenario to conduct various studies globally.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and successful completion of clinical trials.
  • Work closely with our regulatory submissions team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members and contribute to the development of our clinical trial operations team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, clinical trial management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex clinical trials and projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
