Clinical Trial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Trial Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of clinical trials. As a key member of our research team at Lifelancer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of clinical trial strategies, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute clinical trial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trial investigators, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Ensure all trials are conducted in compliance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and make critical decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and resource allocation.

**Requirements:**

  • University degree in medicine, science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Trial Manager within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical company.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive clinical deliverables and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area.
  • Prior monitoring experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
