Lead Clinical Trials with Lifelancer

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of clinical trials. As a key member of our research team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage site relationships, and provide strategic guidance to drive clinical trial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure all trials are conducted in compliance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Drive problem-solving and critical decision-making regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.
Requirements
  • University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience working as a Clinical Trial Manager within a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive clinical deliverables and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area.
  • Prior monitoring experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
