Nursing Home Manager Lead

As Registered Home Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our care home and contributing to the success of our organization.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the care home sector, including at least 5 years in a management role. They will have expertise in the Care Standards Act 2000, Key Lines of Enquiry, Safeguarding, and the Mental Capacity Act.
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 + per annum, plus a range of benefits, including opportunities for career development and growth.
