Job Title: Event Experience and Operations Manager

About Us: COREcruitment is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the events industry.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to join our client's team, a unique event catering company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational running of events, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with key accounts, venues, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Event Planning: Coordinate and plan events from start to finish, including booking and training staff, and organizing equipment.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Event Execution: Oversee the operational running of events, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
  • Team Support: Provide ad-hoc support to colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of events.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, promoting the brand and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in event management, ideally within an event caterer or events venue.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in event management or a related field.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Up to £36,000 + overtime payment.
