Event Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Lexington Catering. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing large events from inception to conclusion, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute events, including client teams, catering teams, and other contractors.
- Manage event budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for events.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure successful event execution.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of catering operations and logistics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
