Are you looking to take on the role of an Event Logistics Coordinator for a distinguished catering firm? Join our team to manage all logistical aspects of events, ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience or be prepared to advance into this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, venues, and suppliers
  • Engage in site inspections and menu evaluations
  • Coordinate the operational elements of events, including staffing and equipment arrangements
  • Represent the organization at industry events
  • Oversee event logistics and provide support to team members as necessary
