Event Logistics Manager

About the Role

As an Event Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of events, exhibitions, and activations. This includes managing transportation, venue setup, registrations, and ensuring all suppliers and services are in place.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vehicle arrangements for staff, VIPs, and event equipment
  • Manage on-site logistics, including registrations, venue setup, and supplier coordination
  • Work with vendors to handle branded giveaways and materials for exhibition stands
  • Use advanced tools like Eventbrite, Cvent, and Trello to streamline logistics
