Behaviour Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team at a specialist SEMH Primary school in Norfolk. As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs on a 1 to 1 and small group basis.
The ideal candidate will have a background in youth work or previous experience in a Primary Behaviour Support role, with a positive and resilient approach to building relationships and de-escalating situations. You will be committed to improving the lives of pupils affected by emotional trauma or mental health.
This is a long-term continuous contract that can lead to a permanent role, offering opportunities for growth and development within our team.
