Job Details

We are seeking a Finance and Purchase Ledger Co-ordinator to join our team at Runshaw College. This is a full-time position that requires someone who is highly organized and has excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, supplier statement reconciliations, resolving purchase ledger queries, bank reconciliations, processing expenses, answering calls and correspondence, handling administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and printing, maintaining accurate information for compliance purposes, and undertaking additional ad hoc duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience using Microsoft Excel and Word, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be a team player with a confident personality.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to maintain accurate information for compliance purposes

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
